Who we are

What the website doesn't collect
The website has no sign-up forms or accounts, and downloading LapDoctor doesn't ask you for any information. We don't use advertising, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. The website doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website through its Cloudflare Pages service. To deliver pages and files to your browser and to protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This processing is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy, which also sets how long that data is kept. We don't run any analytics tool on the website that collects visitor data.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram or by email, we receive what you send, such as your number or account name and your message. We use it to reply to you and to handle a Pro licence request if you make one. You can ask us at any time, by email, to delete your messages.
Links to other services
The WhatsApp and Telegram links on this website are ordinary links to independent services with their own privacy policies. The website doesn't embed anything from these services, and the page only connects to them when you click a link yourself.
The software itself
This policy covers the website only. It doesn't describe the data LapDoctor processes after you download and install it, such as when activating a Pro licence. For questions about that, email us at the address above.

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new text on this page and update the effective date at the top.
